Camden NJ, which according to latest data is the second most corrupt and crime-ridden municipalities in America, is about to take a huge blow. It has been announced that the city will lay off 400 city workers, 163 of them will be cops and 60 of them firefighters.
The move is intended to mend $26.5 million budget gap; but is this the best solution, especially with one of the highest crime rates in America? Keep in mind that 163 police officers account for around 45% of the force!
