Chinese people have celebrated the start of a new year according to their calendar! This is now also as the Chinese Lunar New Year 2011. In this special time of the year a common thing to say in Chinese is Gung Hay Stout Choy, which means “Best wishes and congratulations. Have a thriving and excellent year.”
This New Year is the Year of the Rabbit, as you may know, Chinese have a Zodiac creature list that goes like this:
