Borders has announced that they are filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. This means that around 200 stores will be closed after that. Below you’ll find more info about the Borders store closing list.
The bookstore company decided to file for bankruptcy protection today, February 16, 2011. In addition to the already announced 200 stores for closing, the company detailed that they may need to close 75 more, though that’s not a reality yet.
